At Milu Madan, each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. As our garments are handcrafted and made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless the item meets specific conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted if:

• The item was damaged during transit, or
• You received an incorrect product

To initiate a return, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at themilumadan@gmail.com with the following:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item

Please note: Requests sent after 48 hours may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

• The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer upon confirmation of return eligibility.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

• Items that have been worn, used, or altered
• Products not in their original packaging or condition
• Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery
